First of all, every company should have their front face employee be as pleasant as Kim. She is great. Jeff came to assess why our doors were being erratic- the motors were shorting out. The very next week he was able to come and replace them, with new key pads and the ability to use WiFi. We also got a new rubber bumper pad. It was seamless and the price was very fair.
